DJ Activation Codes
Dear League Organizer/Director,
Thank you for participating in our Voice the Park program and we are excited to work with you to bring the excitement of BallparkDJ to your park. We have provided instructions below which will make this process very easy on you.
Attached you will find your spreadsheet of DJ Activation Codes. Each code can be used to activate the full version of the BallparkDJ App (on either iOS or Android) and to order professional voicing for up to 16 players. Each time you send a code to a team (coach or team manager), we recommend you record the team name in the appropriate column in the spreadsheet to ensure you do not send any one code to more than one team. Each code can only be used by one team. We have provided a few paragraphs below that we recommend you send to each team along with their unique DJ Activation Code.

This email provides you with your DJ Activation Code which activates BallparkDJ for Professional Introductions for your team. Below are instructions for both you, as well as your Team DJ.
Instructions for Coach/Team Manager…
First, identify a Team DJ which will be operating BallparkDJ and playing the professional intros during games and forward the instructions below to your Team DJ. Operating BallparkDJ is fun and easy so finding a volunteer is generally an easy process.
Instructions for Team DJ…
Below is the DJ Activation Code which activates BallparkDJ for Professional Introductions for your team this season. Install BallparkDJ on your phone or tablet from the App Store or Play Store. When launching BallparkDJ, if you are asked to Activate BallparkDJ, just choose “I’ll Try First”. Then simply open a team, and choose Actions > Advanced > Account Status. Double-tap on the App version within the Account Status, and you will be provided a box where you can enter your DJ Code and activate the app for a year. If your app was already activated, this process will extend your activation by another year.
Now create your team and add your players to the team. While adding your players, if you are asked to activate the app, see the instructions in the paragraph above to activate with your code. Once you've added your players, you may now order professional voicing for the team and again use the DJ Activation Code as the payment method when completing the Order Page.
