Michael began his career in the sports industry in 1996 with Major League Soccer's LA Galaxy. After working in game-production for 6 years, on July 20th, 2002 he was offered the role of PA Announcer for the LA Galaxy. He loves soccer and baseball and when asked what his dream PA job was, he always responded emphatically, "to be the announcer for the Angels!" In 2013 he auditioned for the Los Angeles Angels and was selected for his dream PA job shortly before the season. In addition to juggling the LA Galaxy and Angels schedules, he announces US Men's and Women's National team games as well as International Soccer matches that come to Southern California. He has had the honor of announcing US Open Cups, Gold Cups, Copa America, MLB playoff games, 1 MLS All-Star game, 7 MLS Cup Finals and the 2003 Women's World Cup including the Final. 

Michael has a degree in psychology and has been working with at-risk youth since 1995 and is currently teaching in La Puente, CA.  

Outside of the ballpark, you can hear Michael discussing BallparkDJ on Guys In Shorts Additionally he was featured on Corner of the Galaxy podcast where he also provides the introductions for every show and can even be heard in a 2014 episode of The Big Bang Theory, The First Pitch Insufficiency.

He joined the BallparkDJ team in June 2018 and is now in his 11th season as the PA Announcer of the Angels and 22nd as PA Announcer of the Galaxy.
