Announcer of the Month: Marysol Castro
Marysol Castro is a recovering journalist and PA Announcer for the New York Mets. In 2018, she became the first female and Latina PA Announcer in MLB. When not at Citi Field, Marysol hosts the 9am portion of the PIX 11 Morning News and a food podcast CTbites Hotdish. In her spare time she runs a zone defense in her house as she is outnumbered by her two boys ages 14 and 17.
