Playback Diagnostics (iOS)

Playback Diagnostics mode is designed to help identify and eliminate sources of delay during playback. If you are having issues with delay during playback (an extended pause after tapping the Play button, but before the audio is heard), we first recommend you visit this page to see solutions to Eliminate Delay During Playback. If none of those solutions work, we recommend you turn on Playback Diagnostics and send your diagnostics to BallparkDJ Support. To do so, go to Actions > System Settings, and turn on Playback Diagnostics. Now simply go play one of the players for which you were experiencing the delay. Once the playback is stopped, and Playback Diagnostics screen will pop up with a “Send to Support” button. Click this button to email the diagnostic details to support. You can then go back to Actions > System Settings and turn Playback Diagnostics back off.
