Sharing Videos with Support
This page discusses how to send BallparkDJ a Screen Recording Video on your iOS device so that you can clearly communicate to support any issues you might be having within the BallparkDJ app. So you can communicate that with both audio and video to very clearly convey any issue you're having.
You'll need to go to your Device Settings and scroll down until you see the Control Center, choose that, and then make sure you've added Screen Recording to your included controls. If you don't see it in your included controls, scroll down and click the green + button left of Screen Recording.
Once you've added Screen Recording to your Control Center, you can then access the Control Center by swiping down from the top right corner of your screen. The top right where you see your battery life. Swipe down on that and it opens up the Control Center and you can long tap on the Screen Recording icon to make sure your microphone is On. That's important so that we'll hear what you're saying during the video. If it's not on, just tap on it to turn it on. And then you'll simply tap on the Screen Recording button to begin your video. There'll be a 3 second countdown, and then the Screen Recording will begin.
And to end the Screen Recording, you'll tap at the very top of your screen where you see the red dot right now. You'll tap on that and it'll pop up a a button that will allow you to stop the recording. At that point, the video will automatically be saved to your albums within the Camera app and Photos app.
If you kept the video short like 15 to 20 seconds then you should be able to attach that directly to an email to support attach it to your Zendesk ticket. But if that fails, you'll need to do something like upload it to Dropbox or the iCloud Drive. If you click the Upload button at the bottom left of the video and then choose Copy iCloud Link, it will upload it to iCloud and create you a link that you can share with support.
