I’m having an issue upgrading to unlimited version. What can I do?

BallparkDJ will request an in-app purchase of 6.99 when your free trial is complete. This fee will be waived if you ordered pro-voicing during your trial.

If you are having an issue this in-app payment….please try these steps…

  • Check your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Ensure that it’s funded and that everything is in line with the account.

  • Ensure you have a solid internet connection on your phone.

  • Turn your phone off and back on.

  • Try again to upgrade to the unlimited issue.

  • Try logging out of your iTunes / Apple ID account or Google Play (Android) account and then back in. Then try to upgrade again.

  • Try uninstalling/deleting BallparkDJ and reinstalling from the App/Play Store.

If after these steps, you continue to have problems, and you are on iOS, choose Actions > Advanced > Send Diagnostics and send to support@ballparkdj.com and detail what specifically you are seeing when try to upgrade. You can also try logging out of your App Store account and then log back in, and then try upgrading again.
